I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel! The decorations were beautiful, with elegant touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. I particularly appreciated how accessible the hotel was for senior people, with easy-to-use elevators and clear signage throughout the building.
I would have loved to see more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice if the children working there could have organized some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings for us to interact and connect with each other.

The location was jaw-dropping! Right by the historic city center with easy access to everything. The rooms were super modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Having a refrigerator was a mind-blowing bonus. The staff, especially Jessi, Sophia, and Gal, were fantastic and spoke multiple languages. The parking fee was well worth it for the convenience. a superb experience with delicious breakfast and helpful staff. Perfect for exploring the beautiful area.

The hotel impresses with its central location, offering extraordinary drinks, delicious snacks, and amazing conference rooms. It's a hotspot! The sauna and terrace provide relaxation and a fabulous view. Traditional Hamburg cuisine is a unique experience.
